A lot of us struggle with weight and don't know how to lose it. These days you see many commercials trying to sell pills and exercise equipment. In this day and age who can afford the expensive equipment that will clutter your livingroom.

In truth, if you go slow and change something small each day, like for example, breakfast you could eat something more healthy then them sugary cereals. Sure they taste good and fill you right up, but what are you truly eating?

We all like food some form or another, even I have my weaknesses. You just have to take control of what you eat and don't pile your plate high with sugary or greasy foods.

Also we are always on the go a lot and for food it's easy to just go to McDonalds or Burger King and buy something cheap to eat while you drive to work or wherever. Not to mention the nice convenient drive through that saves you time.

Since we have money to do with just about what we want, we can buy what we want. What might help is if you ordered a salad instead of a greasy burger, or pack a nice healthy lunch before you leave for work that could contain fruit, vegetables, some meat, and maybe a very small desert of your liking, but don't make a habit out of eating it everyday.

Plus exercising can help lose some weight, instead of taking the elevator to the second floor, take the stairs. Or instead of going through the drive through park and walk inside. When you're sitting, move around a bit or get up and take a small walk. Work different muscles everyday so you don't become too sore.

What we drink could also have an effect on our body weight. I love soda, it's one of my favorite things to drink, but I know too much can cause my weight to go up. Water is a good way to keep everything flowing and also give you more energy than you think it can.

It can be hard to do this alone so get a friend or family member to do it with you. Every week or even everyday go for a walk together and talk about stuff. What I enjoy doing is going rollerskating every week with my friends. It's a good exercise and lots of fun. Good luck and keep you goal in mind.
